How to Book an Elopement with Southern Charm on Hilton Head Island SC

We will help you find the location to provide the backdrop you are dreaming of… beach, live oaks, marsh view, or historic… in several locations you can have several of these elements in one location!!
We believe that every wedding is unique and special. We take the time to get to know You! We have many couples that stay in contact with us well after the wedding. We get compliments from family members asking if we are friends of the couple as the ceremony was so personal and relaxed.
Weddings are a joyous occasion, and we are going to be smiling and having fun! We want the ceremony to reflect the couple’s personality and capture the love they share, with a personalized wedding ceremony. You will receive top notch southern hospitality in all transactions with us, and your elopement or intimate wedding will be covered in southern charm!
So what is the process to hire us? It all starts with an email! (or fill out our contact form!!) Let us know your date, preferred time, and what service or package you are interested in. We will check our availability, and send you our wedding information packet and package option form (if applicable) so you can customize your package to your needs and budget! When you return the package option form, or we discuss the services and prices, we will use that information to write up your quote and contract. We will place a 7 day hold on your time and date. This gives you time to return the completed contract with the deposit. A 50% deposit is required with the contract to reserve your time and date. The balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding.

Once the contract and deposit are returned, you will receive a link to the sample ceremonies and you can start working on creating your ceremony! You will also receive another packet full of information on lodging, restaurants, and other preferred vendors to make your visit wonderful! We will work on the other details of your package as we get closer to your wedding on a timeline that is comfortable for you!
